A power purchase agreement (PPA) is a contract between an electricity generator and a buyer where the generator commits to supplying a specified amount of electricity at an agreed-upon price for a predetermined period.

Install for FREE
Upon signing a PPA, the solar pv system is installed with the property owner paying nothing, as a 3rd party investor pays for the installation.

Pay the Power Bill
After installation, the property owner pays to the investor to purchase the power generated. The rate, as pre-determined in the PPA, is usually lower than the market rate.

Obtaining the System
After paying the power bill to the investor for a pre-determined time period, the possession of the system is transferred to the owner. After that, the owner may enjoy the green electricity without paying to anyone any more!
